Terms & Conditions

Quote requests are not confirmed bookings

Submitting a request, email, or phone inquiry does not reserve a date or create a service agreement. A job is scheduled only after we review the details and confirm the date, scope, pricing, and any other applicable conditions with you.

Pricing and estimates

Standard moving work is advertised at $160 per hour for two movers and a box truck, including moving blankets, dollies, and plastic wrap. The hourly clock begins when the crew arrives at the pickup location, unless a different written arrangement is confirmed.

Furniture delivery, heavy lifting, upright piano moving, and furniture assembly may be quoted at a flat rate. Flat-rate quotes depend on factors such as item size and weight, piano model, travel distance, stairs, elevators, parking, access conditions, required equipment, and the accuracy of the information provided.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide complete and accurate information about addresses, inventory, weight, fragile or high-value items, stairs, elevators, parking, long carries, and other access conditions. Materially different conditions may require a revised plan or price before work continues.

Customers are responsible for securing personal documents, currency, jewelry, medications, and other irreplaceable items. Hazardous, illegal, unsafe, or inadequately prepared items may be declined.

Availability, changes, and cancellations

Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or refund terms will be disclosed and agreed upon during booking. Weather, safety concerns, access restrictions, mechanical issues, ferry interruptions, or other circumstances outside reasonable control may require schedule changes.

Service area

We serve Greater Seattle and surrounding communities, along with the Kitsap Peninsula, including Bremerton, Poulsbo, Silverdale, and nearby areas. Availability and travel details depend on the pickup and delivery locations.

Written service documents

These website terms do not replace a written estimate, work order, bill of lading, tariff, valuation selection, or other document required for a particular service. If a job-specific written agreement conflicts with these website terms, the job-specific agreement and applicable law will control.
