Can you move an upright piano with stairs?
We review staircases, landings, turns, and the piano before accepting the job. Send clear photos of the full route at both locations so we can assess access and plan the crew and equipment.
Can you move a piano within the same home?
Tell us the starting and finishing rooms and whether there are steps or floor changes. We will review the route and confirm whether we can handle the move.
Can a piano be included in my household move?
Yes, ask us to include it when requesting your household move. The piano work is reviewed and quoted separately so you know the agreed scope and price.
What photos should I send?
Send a full view of the piano, its brand or model if available, and photos of steps, doorways, landings, and tight turns at pickup and delivery. Contact us by phone or email to share them.
How should I prepare for moving day?
Remove items from the piano, clear the agreed route, keep children and pets away from the work area, and arrange parking or elevator access. Leave lifting and moving the piano to the crew.
Should I arrange tuning after the move?
